Job description

SINGAPORE WAKE PARK is located at Singapore's trendy East Coast Recreational Park.
In addition to cable skiing activities, Coastal Rhythm, the in-house cafe & bar, will cater to the food and beverage requirements.
Hence, we are recruiting a team of capable, diligent and fun-loving operations crew to run the operations.

• Assist in the opening & closing of restaurant operations
• Assist in the efficient running of the day to day restaurant operations.
• Assist in all aspects of the cafe operation.
• Attending and responding to customers' needs.
• Work with management to meet higher sales targets.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages.
• Recommend products and cashiering.
• Understand food safety and ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet.
• Involved in setting the restaurant Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring that the staff adheres closely.
• Knowledge in bar operations, including ordering, preparation and inventory control, will be an advantage.
• Ability to mix cocktails/ create house specialties and prepare beverages including coffee etc, will be an advantage.
• Work independently.
