Job summary

ADM Singapore invites students to join the Market & Consumer Insights team for a hands-on internship. You will help decode consumer behaviour, track trends, and support data-driven ideas that shape products in food and nutrition.

You will collaborate across Marketing, R&D and Applications, gaining exposure to how insights become commercial concepts and how dashboards and visuals communicate findings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing business, marketing, market research, psychology, statistics, or consumer & food science.
• Curious about consumer behaviour and turning data into insights.
• Familiar with social media F&B trends and digital research tools (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Analyse market and competitive intelligence within F&B and nutrition.
• Track growth, brands, trends and whitespace opportunities.
• Support storytelling with data and visuals for internal/external media.
• Assist ad-hoc research design, data analysis and insight synthesis.
• Build a database of product concepts and consumer testing learnings.
• Create customer presentations, dashboards and visualizations.
