Job summary
A leading café in Singapore is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in café management, strong communication and leadership skills, and be proactive in following food and beverage trends. This role involves designing menus, leading a team, and achieving financial targets. The salary ranges from $3,000 to $3,600, with 6 working days per week.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in cafes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Up to date with food and beverage trends.
Responsibilities
- Manage all F&B operations in accordance with company SOPs.
- Maintain customer service levels and satisfaction.
- Design menus and replenish goods & ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations in accordance to company SOPs and standards
- Maintain excellent levels customer service and customer satisfaction
- Design menus, replenish of goods & ingredients and continuously make necessary improvements
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Manage KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Report to management on sales and productivity preformance
Qualifications
- Proven food and beverage management experience, with cafe-related experience preferred
