Job summary

A food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking enthusiastic team members to assist in daily restaurant operations. The role involves maintaining service standards, ensuring cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.     • Must be able to commit at least 18hrs per week, including one weekend.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Outlet Manager in daily restaurant operations
  • Maintain an excellent service standard at all times
  • Ensure all duties are carried out according to SOP to meet and exceed standards in quality of food, service, safety and cleanliness
  • Ensuring the quality of dishes before serving
  • Responsible for table arrangement and cleanliness in the restaurant
  • Make recommendation to customers when necessary
  • Maintain neat eating and serving areas
  • Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by The Management Team
  • To carry out all tasks in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the areas and restaurant

On job training will be given to the right candidate(s)

Qualifications
  • Have a positive attitude; Able to create a warm and friendly atmosphere with a high level of energy and spirit
  • Knowledge of Point-of-Sale system as advantage
  • Previous experience working in the food-service industry preferred
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a higher designation
