Job summary

Step Up and Lead the Service Floor

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day front‑of‑house operations to ensure smooth service flow
  • Supervise and mentor service crew, ensuring grooming, punctuality, and performance meet brand standards
  • Lead pre‑shift briefings and allocate team duties effectively
  • Manage customer experience, handle feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor floor activity and jump in where needed to maintain service speed and quality
  • Track daily sales, upselling effectiveness, and provide feedback to team
  • Assist with shift scheduling, manpower planning, inventory checks, and outlet reporting
  • Liaise with kitchen and backend team to ensure coordination across departments
  • Enforce hygiene, safety, and service protocols in accordance with SFA and company policies
  • Train new staff and support onboarding of new hires
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an F&B supervisor or senior service crew role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills — able to guide, correct, and uplift team members
  • Confident in handling customer issues and making decisions under pressure
  • Good understanding of F&B operations, basic admin, POS, and ordering systems
  • Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Passionate about the F&B industry with a growth mindset
