Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in upscale hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of HACCP is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial audits and management.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily food count and purchases to manage stock levels.
• Conduct financial audits and reconcile restaurant bank accounts.
• Manage AR & AP functions of the restaurant.
• Ensure that all food and beverage products meet company’s specifications and guidelines.
• Perform daily audits of financials, include cash counts and reconciliation.
