Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring Retail Sales Associates to join a growing eyewear retail brand across Singapore. You will assist customers with eyewear and product enquiries, and recommend frames based on preferences to drive sales.

The role includes cashiering, stock replenishment, and maintaining attractive displays on island-wide outlets, with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. Strong English communication and customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear and product enquiries.
• Recommend suitable frames and eyewear based on customer preferences.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
• Handle cashiering, payments and sales transactions.
• Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
• Support daily store operations and housekeeping.
