Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. at Vivo City is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our eyewear retail team. The role offers a basic salary of SGD 3,000–3,300 with monthly incentives and AWS, plus comprehensive medical and hospitalisation insurance.

You will greet customers, provide product recommendations, maintain records and process payments, and support stock receiving and store operations. A 5-day week with rotating shifts is required, and we offer structured training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to commit to shift work and retail hours

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Maintain customer records, work orders, and payment transactions
• Support stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory management
• Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping
