Job summary

Nailz Haus is a modern beauty studio and boutique salon specializing in lashes and brows. We seek an Eyelash & Eyebrow Artist who creates customized looks, highlights each client's natural beauty, and provides artistry, skill, and care in every appointment.

Responsibilities include applying Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions, performing lash lifts/tints/removals, shaping brows, tinting/lamination, and detailed consultations to design the perfect look.

Qualifications

• Certified in Eyelash Extensions (Classic & Volume preferred).
• Minimum two years of lash/brow artistry experience.
• Detail-oriented, passionate about beauty, and client-focused.

• Apply Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions with expert precision.
• Perform lash lifts, tints, and lash removals safely and efficiently.
• Create brow shapes through waxing, threading, and/or tweezing.
• Perform brow tinting, lamination, and styling services.
• Conduct detailed consultations to design the perfect lash and brow look.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming work environment.
• Build lasting client relationships through top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Certified in Eyelash Extensions (Classic & Volume preferred).
• Skilled in brow shaping, tinting, and lamination.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in lash and/or brow artistry.
• Passionate about beauty, detail-oriented, and loves making clients feel confident.
• Friendly, professional, and punctual.

• Base salary with competitive commission structure and incentives (earn up to $6,000 gross monthly).
