Job Summary

Coordinate and manage daily export warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate cargo handling, documentation, and shipment compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily export warehouse operations and manage cargo movements to maintain efficient workflow
• Collaborate with Operations, Transport, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth export handling and timely resolution of issues
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and releasing of export cargo to meet shipment schedules
• Prepare and verify export documentation and enter data accurately into relevant systems
• Monitor shipment schedules and enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Required competencies and qualifications

• Basic understanding of export and logistics workflows to support daily operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to prepare documentation and manage data
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight timelines
• Availability to work morning shifts on a 5.5-day work week

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant export or warehouse experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, Diploma, or higher qualification
