Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to handle sales enquiries, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate processing of customer orders. The ideal candidate should possess at least a diploma and have relevant sales support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential. The position offers up to $3.2k with additional benefits, including AWS and VB.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales enquiries and generate quotations.
  • Coordinate order consolidation and process invoices.
  • Prepare shipping documents for export clearance.
  • Provide updates on cargo estimated arrival/departure.
  • Liaise with Logistics Department on delivery schedules.
  • Submit invoices from external service providers.
  • Assist in warranty and insurance claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and shipping documents.
