Job summary

A leading manufacturer in commercial cleaning is seeking an Export Sales Coordinator in Singapore. Responsibilities include handling sales enquiries, processing customer orders, coordinating shipping documents, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should have a diploma or equivalent, relevant sales coordination experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a permanent contract with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM. Transport is provided to the working location.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate order consolidation.
  • Process customer orders promptly and issue accurate invoices on time.
  • Prepare and organize export shipping documents.
  • Provide timely updates on shipment ETD/ETA.
  • Liaise with the Logistics Department on delivery schedules.
  • Ensure invoices from external service providers are promptly sent to Accounts.
  • Assist with warranty and insurance claim processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and shipping documents.

  • Position Title: Export Sales Coordinator
  • Working Location: Gul Crescent (Transport provided)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8:15AM-5:30PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate order consolidation
  • Process customer orders promptly and issue accurate invoices on time.
  • Prepare and organize export shipping documents (e.g. bill of lading, packing list, shipping certificate, LC, customs declaration, certificate of origin, marine insurance).
  • Provide timely updates on shipment ETD/ETA to all relevant parties.
  • Liaise with the Logistics Department on delivery schedules and inventory matters
  • Ensure invoices from external service providers (e.g. freight forwarders) are promptly sent to Accounts for processing.
  • Assist with warranty and insurance claim processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and shipping documents.
  • Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
