Export Sales Coordinator

The Export Sales Coordinator will work closely with the team manager to support the Export Sales team in managing and following up on sales activities for overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate order consolidation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing and invoicing of customer orders.
  • Prepare and organize export shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, shipping certificates, declarations, Certificates of Origin, and marine insurance.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding cargo estimated departure and arrival dates.
  • Liaise with the Logistics Department on delivery schedules and inventory matters.
  • Ensure prompt submission of invoices from external service providers (e.g., freight forwarders) to the Accounts Department.
  • Assist in handling warranty and insurance claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions and shipping documents.
Requirements
