Job Summary

• Supervise and guide the export operations team to ensure compliance with Export SOPs and accurate execution of all export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Organise the documents such as (labels, invoice, packing list & work file) which are given by customer to warehouse for labeling purposes.
• Execution of Air waybill for export shipments.
• Ensure all the documentation are in order, to meet the airline and custom requirement.
• Coordinate with appointed Contractor on the launching-in of the daily Export cargo and documents.
• To monitor the daily shipment status via Airline Website and update to the team.
• Generate reports for monitoring or updating daily.
