Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations, export documentation, proforma invoices, and sales orders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to book cargo space and arrange shipments.
  • Liaise with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely pick-up, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Collaborate with procurements and logistics teams to track the progress of export shipments from order confirmation to delivery.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding order status and shipping inquiries.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, communications, and activities in the company's CRM system.
Prerequisites
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or logistics support role. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Basic understanding or a strong interest in learning international trade procedures and documentation.
  • Diploma in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and helpful phone/email manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with guidance.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with a CRM system is a plus.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
