You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing all export activities related to air cargo shipments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinates with airlines and freight forwarders, and secure delivery of goods to global destinations.

Job Description:

• Responsible for daily export operations for air shipments, including prepare, manage export documentation such as shipping documents, and export permits.

• Coordinate with import and domestic department to optimize freight schedules and costs.

• Place bookings with airline, negotiate contract, pricing, and payment terms with international partners.

• Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to align export operations.

• Maintain adherence to export regulations, trade policies, and international shipping laws.

• Prepare and verify HAWB Labels, seal numbers, and export documentations.

• Keep informed of updates to export legislation, tariff structures, and trade sanctions affecting exports.

• Plan and oversee logistics for export shipments, ensuring transportation arrangements and carrier coordination.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to arrange and monitor shipments for on-time delivery.

• Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and support customers to guarantee satisfaction.

• Prepare export shipment reports or incident reports if necessary.

• Record and manage export activities, shipping paperwork, and customs filings accurately in the system.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics.

• Min of 6 years of experiences in air export operations in the airfreight industry.

• Strong knowledge of export documentations, customs processes and freight operations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage fast-paced, time-sensitive operations.

• Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel).
