Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound logistics operations and support sales.
• Maintain data in systems like sales orders and invoices.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents for compliance.
• Distribute shipping documents to relevant teams.
• Monitor shipments and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Liaise with transport providers for timely delivery.
• Assist in stock counts at warehouses.
• Review invoices before reporting to management.
• Participate in logistics cost negotiations.
• Track intercompany shipments for reports.
• Support training and lead a team.
• Perform other logistics duties as assigned.

Our client is a Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Export & Logistics Supervisor to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all outbound logistics operations and provide support to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate data in business systems, including sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, stock movements, and returns.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping and export documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Sort and distribute shipping documents to relevant teams, including finance and sales departments.
• Monitor shipments, check error logs, and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with shipping companies, transport providers, suppliers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist in physical stock counts at third‑party warehouses and coordinate meetings with logistics partners.
• Review supplier, forwarder, and warehouse invoices before reporting to management.
• Participate in logistics cost negotiations and initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Track intercompany shipments and assist in month‑end closing and reporting.
• Support training and lead a team.
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience with leadership in logistics function.
• Good experience in Letter of Credit (LC) will be advantageous.
• Familiar with SAP system will be advantageous.
