Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Direct contact with customers, providing friendly and reliable service.
  • Ensuring flight details are provided within 1 hour of booking.
  • Check export documents compliance for orders.
  • Apply for the correct export permits and customs processes.
  • Answer calls within 3 rings.
  • Monitor onboard status and inform customers of any irregularities.
  • Ensure airfreight rates are correct and updated.
  • Update on new airline and governmental requirements.
  • Submit monthly customer reports on time.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for shipment status.
  • Ensure all shipments are accounted for according to SOP.
  • Work with sales for special arrangements.
