The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Officer to manage day-to-day export/import warehouse operations at Changi.

The role offers a monthly salary between SGD 2,000 and SGD 2,800 and rotating morning/night shifts within a hands-on logistics environment. You will coordinate with Customer Service, instruct third-party vendors on special handling, conduct toolbox meetings, and drive improvements while upholding safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the supply chain industry

Responsabilidades

• Monitor day-to-day export general operations to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Customer Service & instruct third party vendor on special handling requirements for Import & Export to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings in Warehouse and ensure housekeeping is done.
• Identify improvements for warehouse operations in accordance with set quality management goals.
• Work as a team to coordinate with other logistics companies to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure safety, security, quality rules and regulations are followed to meet company requirements.
• Liaise with internal CS and service providers on day-to-day Export / Import Warehouse Operations.
• Manage 3rd party traffic service providers to ensure smooth deliveries and pickups.
