Job summary

A multinational organization in Singapore is seeking a candidate to provide outstanding customer service and ensure compliance with export documentation. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Logistics and at least 5 years of experience in the industry. Responsibilities include liaising with customers, checking export document compliance, and submitting reports timely. The position requires good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly, including alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience within the same industry is preferred.
  • Require basic knowledge of computer applications.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers to ensure friendly and reliable service.
  • Check export document compliance for orders.
  • Apply the correct export permits on time.
  • Monitor onboard status and inform customers of irregularities.
  • Submit monthly customer reports on time.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00~17:30) Alternate Saturday, (9:00~13:00)
Job Description
  • Liaise with Customers with outstanding friendly and reliable service offered
  • Ensuring to provide the flight details to customer within the stipulated time (1 hour) upon receiving the booking
  • Check on the Export Documents Compliance when processing the export work order
  • Apply the correct export permit and other export custom processed on timely manner
  • To answers all call promptly
  • Monitor the onboard status without fail and to informed customer on any irregularity
  • Good communication among all related department concern E.g. Ops, Warehouse, Traffic, planning team
  • Always ensuring that the Airfreight rates apply is correct and updated.
  • Constantly aware and update on NEW changes / requirement by airlines or governmental requirement
  • Ensure that all monthly customer report is submitted on timely manner without fail
Requirements
  • Diploma in Logistics or any relate discipline
  • 5 years’ experience within the same industries / field is preferred
  • Require basic knowledge of computer (e.g. Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Person who can work with patience, flexibility, and hospitability
  • Able to commit 5.5 working days (Alternate Saturday)
