This is a confidential search in the business of sophisticated Communications Technology engaging with global infrastructure and reach including Cellular, Satellite, Radio Comms and Broadcast.

Position Responsibilities

• Will be the primary lead for import/export policies, procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with import/export requirements.
• Monitor and ascertain policies are in-accordance with Singapore Customs Act and in particular, U.S. Export Control Regulations.
• Provide support with the of end-user undertakings queries raised by internal customers related to the undertakings.
• Provide supervision and guidance to business units on regulatory changes and compliance matters, such as adherence to the provisos or license conditions imposed by the exporting country and any other specific conditions that may be applicable for any export activities.

Position Requirements

• Degree holder related to Business, Export Management and Controls and Policies.
• 6 to 8 years in Import / Export Management and catering to technology environment.
• Sound knowledge in technology environment that involve Infrastructure, Network, Router, Switches, Telecom and other ICT related products.
• Good experience and knowledge of the Singapore Strategic Good (Control) Act is a must and U.S. Export Control Regulations (ITAR, EAR, etc.)
• Will lead in continuous improvement processes and projects relating to export related policies.
