Job summary

Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team and backed by world‑leading investors.

We connect experts with investors and consultancies for paid expert calls, speaking engagements, and advisory opportunities. We seek experienced equity research analysts to train our language model on professional presentations, with remote, flexible hours and rate of $100/hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm.
• Deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced equity research analysts from top banks and independent research firms who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

Responsibilities

Analyze and create AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: initiation report exhibits, earnings preview and review slides, industry primer decks, thesis one‑pagers, valuation summary pages, and marketing decks for investor meetings. Evaluate and refine the AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and professional quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm

Compensation & Commitment
