Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Inspect and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Record diagnostics, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Conduct road tests to confirm repairs.
• Carry out repairs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and major overhauls.
• Provide documentation for customer and SA/SE notes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
