Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our clinics at Farrer Park and Gleneagles in Singapore. The role covers direct patient care, nursing procedures and clinical duties according to protocols.

Salary ranges S$4,200–S$4,500 monthly, with AWS and VB. Working days 5.5 days per week, alternate Saturday; hours 8:30–17:30, with Saturday 8:30–13:00, and occasional travel to Novena for duties.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with valid SNB registration.
3–4 years of nursing experience in clinical settings.
Proficient in IV cannulation and Port-a-Cath care.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care and support to patients.
Perform nursing procedures and clinical duties according to established protocols and standards.
Perform IV cannulation and ensure proper care and monitoring of patients.
Perform Port-a-Cath (Portacath) access and care.
Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the doctor.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during consultations and clinical procedures when required.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
Provide appropriate patient education and support.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, doctors, and other healthcare team members.
Perform other nursing and clinic-related duties as assigned.
