Job description

We are seeking Chinese Language Teachers to join our newly set up Chinese Tuition Center for Primary School students. Our goal is to provide a nurturing environment to help students master the Chinese language and perform well in school. Key Responsibilities Plan

• Prepare, and deliver high-quality Chinese language lessons aligned with the Singapore MOE syllabus for Primary Schools
• Use fun, engaging and interactive teaching methods (games, multimedia, group work, etc.) to motivate students and deepen understanding
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and learning styles
• Monitor, assess student progress; provide constructive feedback; assign homework and conduct periodic tests/exams
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, issues, and celebrate achievements
• Create a classroom environment that is nurturing, safe, respectful, and conducive to learning
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrative staff to plan curriculum and share best practices

Requirements

• Experienced in teaching Chinese Language using the MOE syllabus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Language / Chinese Studies / Education or related field; teacher-training qualification desirable
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin: speaking, reading, writing
• Excellent classroom management skills; caring, patient, supportive attitude toward students
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents
• Creative, energetic, able to make lessons fun & engaging
• Passion for student growth, willingness to go the extra mile

主要职责

任职要求

• 华文听、说、读、写能力优秀，能流利运用普通话授课
• 优秀的课堂管理能力，具备耐心、关怀和支持性的教学态度
