• Coordinate and drive deliveries to meet the production schedule.
• Maintain and review production schedules and status updates.
• Identify delays in delivery or production and communicate needs to action owners.
• Arrange disposition of jobs to meet production timelines.
• Compile and review schedules, reports, and location status for WIP.
• Explain processes to customers using clear words and drawings.
• Collaborate with senior management to assemble day-to-day job information from drawings and customer specs.
• Report issues with equipment, tooling, or resources affecting production flow.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Support production delivery schedules with product organization and integration.
