  • Maintain an up-to-date volunteer database and record-keeping system.

  • Maintain relationships with corporate partners and community stakeholders for volunteer partnerships.

  • Ensure effective use of the Volunteer Management System in line with established policies and procedures.

  • To carry out any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in volunteer management.

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications or Social Science.

  • Excellent communication, problem solving and administration skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Resourceful, adaptable and meticulous with attention to details.

  • Passion to serve, with a customer relationship-oriented mindset.

  • A people-person who enjoys building relationships and working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
