A prominent education company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop innovative strategies and manage the complete recruitment process. This role requires a minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition, strong knowledge of HR technologies, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proactive approach to challenges, contributing to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
Manage the whole recruitment process from pre-screening of CVs, arranging and conducting interviews, and making offers
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Resourceful and have initiative to develop a wide talent pool of suitable candidates with growth potentials and recommend new channels for sourcing suitably qualified candidates
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across various platforms to identify and engage passive candidates
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in hiring
Lead employer branding initiatives
Handle ad hoc projects and any other duties as and when assigned
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms
Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR technologies
Familiarity with labor market trends and competitive intelligence
Proven track record of successfully filling challenging roles in a competitive market
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to work fast and independently
Good knowledge of the local labour regulations
Understanding of data analytics to measure recruitment success and areas for improvement, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Team player with a positive mindset
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
