Skills Requirements (High-Caliber, Independent Builder)
- Experience That Translates: Minimum 3-4 years in a fast-paced and independent role (like project management, legal administration, or consulting) where independence, flawless organization, and high efficiency were critical to success. Good to have finance background but not mandatory —we teach you that part.
- Business Acumen: Must be good with numbers, capable of understanding and calculating key financial concepts like ROI and ROE, and eager to quickly grasp complex financial concepts.
