As the Executive Strategy Analyst, you're joining the Head of Administration and Partnership's exclusive leadership track. This role functions as an elite, cross-departmental Management Associate program, fast-tracking your entry into high-level executive experience. You are joining the Engine Room—a critical power source and backbone that ensures the entire company is structured for peak performance and market winning.

You will have unprecedented, direct access to the executive suite. You'll gain daily insights from the Head of Administration and Partnership, the Head of Credit, and the Head of Sales—ensuring your learning is fast‑traced because you are learning the strategic blueprint directly from the experts. You will be trained to develop a sharp mind to structure our core functions: internal teams (HR, Administration, IT), strategic partnerships, legal framework, and product development (including Property Financing and Factoring). The Engine Room is the backbone that keeps these structures intact, allowing us to launch products to better serve clients while staying ahead of the competition.

You will learn the exact methods we use to beat the competition by leveraging business acumen to execute smart, creative strategies. This unprecedented apprenticeship gives you direct access to executive strategy and proves that if you can master this high‑level foundation, you can master the rest of the business.

Job Description (What You Will Build & Learn)
  • Executive Strategy & Apprenticeship : Gain direct, daily insight into creative strategy sessions, learning precisely how we make market‑beating decisions and leverage legal and financial knowledge for competitive advantage.
  • Executive Efficiency & System Creation : Take full ownership of optimizing organization for the Head of Administration. You will create simple, reliable systems for processes and information flow, eliminating organizational complexity so the executive can focus purely on growth.
  • Product Development & Design : Work closely with the executive team to develop and structure innovative financial products, including those related to Property Financing and launching new products. You will be the Product Expert, creating specifications and leading training for sales team execution (working closely with the Head of Credit & Head of Sales).
  • Foundational Architecture : Create and improve the essential Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across administrative, HR, and IT areas. You are building the bulletproof, reliable structure required for the business to scale exponentially.
  • Strategic Go‑To Person : Manage and drive all major projects for the executive, acting as the central liaison between different department heads, making sure everyone is driving toward the same goal.
  • Revenue Support : Help coordinate all strategic partnerships and initiatives that are directly responsible for driving company revenue and expansion.

Who are we looking for?

Requirements (High-Caliber, Independent Builder)
  • Experience That Translates : Minimum 3-4 years in a fast‑paced and independent role (like project management, legal administration, or consulting) where independence, flawless organization, and high efficiency were critical to success. Good to have finance background but not mandatory—you will learn that part.
  • Business Acumen : Must be good with numbers, capable of understanding and calculating key financial concepts like ROI and ROE, and eager to quickly grasp complex financial concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills, Structure & Clarity : You have a natural talent for building order out of complexity. You can take a messy idea and turn it into a simple, perfect system.
  • Self‑Driven : Must be a self‑starter and highly resourceful, able to take ownership of projects with minimal direction.
  • Drive to Win : A Goal Go-Getter mentality—you are driven, focused, and excited to take full ownership of your work.
  • Executive Confidence : You have the maturity to confidently coordinate major projects and interact directly and respectfully with senior leaders (like the Head of Credit and external parties).

  • Note : Due to the intensive investment in training and executive access provided by this role, a two‑year bond may be required.
