We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Slot Management to join the NKF team. Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing dialysis slot allocation, coordinating patient placement and transfers, and ensuring efficient resource utilization across centres.

Responsibilities

• Identify and place patients into dialysis centres based on available capacity.
• Plan for patient loading at new dialysis centres.
• Check for vacant slots on a daily basis.
• Match available slots with internal or new patients in the database.
• Coordinate patient transfers to the nearest available slots.
• Track and optimize capacity utilization and recommend resource or load balancing measures in right-siting slots.
• Effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the allocation and planning of slot utilisation.
• Work with teams to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Maintain a prospective database for all patients.
• Assist in simple analytics and provide regular updates and reports to management.
• Identify areas for improvement in capacity utilization and scheduling efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for improving scheduling efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance slot management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant experience.
• Preferably experience in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; strong communication and interpersonal abilities; attention to detail and multitasking capabilities; problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure; dynamic, self-motivated, and patient-oriented.
