Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Support the management and delivery of SG Cares programme-funded initiatives, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Oversee operational risk, quality assurance, and compliance to maintain the integrity and impact of volunteer-led programmes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners and volunteers, using various engagement platforms.
  • Lead the planning and execution of volunteer recognition and engagement activities to foster a positive, motivated volunteer base.
  • Assess and plan for the charity’s volunteer manpower needs, identifying required skills and competencies.
  • Ensure volunteers are equipped with the necessary training and resources to fulfil their roles effectively.
  • Identify and cultivate potential sources of volunteers, managing volunteer enquiries and addressing feedback to ensure a seamless, supportive volunteer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategic outreach programmes and activities to recruit new volunteers, raise awareness, and expand the charity’s volunteer network, ensuring alignment with the charity's mission and operational goals.
Requirements
