A leading sport management organization in Singapore is looking for an Executive/Senior Executive for Partnership Engagement. The role involves establishing relationships with stakeholders, managing partnerships, and leading strategic initiatives. Candidates should have 2-4 years of relevant experience and possess strong communication and networking skills. A passion for sports is advantageous.
Establish and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders and key customer accounts to nurture and develop strong business relationships with them, with the aim of achieving sustainable and fruitful partnerships.
Manage and lead in strategising, planning and implementing relevant corporate narratives and partner development initiatives to cultivate and strengthen mindshare, corporate image and stakeholders’ feedback.
Manage and engage in negotiations and related matters (e.g. ideation, legal, financial etc.) in deal‑making and programmes from start to fruition.
Execute and oversee the development of dashboard on deals and programmes reporting; maintain, track, review, anticipate monthly deals and programme performance; and take proactive remedial actions to ensure fulfilment of planned programmes and accounting for cost‑effectiveness.
Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to create compelling value propositions for stakeholders and seek integration and efficiencies by leveraging organisation assets.
