A leading food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive for Marketing and Design. This role involves supporting branding and marketing initiatives, managing deliverables, and creating artworks for various platforms. Candidates should hold a diploma in marketing or design and possess at least 4 years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in design software. Executive / Senior Executive of Marketing and Design

Marketing

Support the Marketing Manager for all branding and marketing activities for assigned brands - including brands within the coffeeshop/food court as well.

Responsible for Brands’ positioning across all assets and collaterals.

Liaise with advertising agencies, landlords or partners to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for the brand or key individuals.

Manage the deliverables required within the brand—from POS setup, E-commerce, Menu setup, etc.

Track and report completion of key deliverables, assist in pre- and post-analysis of sales campaign.

Monitor the progress of marketing campaigns using various metrics, recommend ways to improve and submit reports on the campaigns’ performance.

Design

Conceptualise, design and layout artworks for both online and offline platforms.

Develop creative illustration and design work solutions for different touch points ranging from digital advertising, social media creatives, online marketplace, e-commerce to print advertising and in-store collaterals.

Edit photographs and illustrations as assigned.

Manage adaptation of artwork for marketing team.

Manage and maintain image galleries.

Proper documentation and archival of artwork files.

In charge of in-house photoshoots for photos needed in collaterals and marketing events.

Video short clips creations.

Others

Required to - KNOW (Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing or Communications and/or Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Senior Executive must have minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in the same role/function.
  • Possess excellent written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with photography, design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, AfterEffects/ Video Editing).
  • Excellent sense in creativity design & layouts, producing visuals finished artwork, mock-up & general duties.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, with excellent business acumen.
  • Team player with good interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • Possess enthusiasm in learning and keen to get feedback for improvement.
  • Able to work on several projects at tight timeline.
