Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to lead educator outreach and marketing efforts for AHG’s programmes and festivals.
This role involves building strong relationships with schools, crafting targeted communications, and coordinating event-related marketing and production. You will play a key role in driving attendance and engagement from the education sector.
Duties and Responsibilities
Educator Outreach & Engagement
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of educator outreach strategies to ensure schools, teachers, and education networks are aware of and actively attend AHG’s programmes and festivals.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with educators and educational institutions, serving as the main liaison to promote and facilitate participation in events.
- Organise and manage educator briefings and information sessions to introduce upcoming programmes and festivals, address queries, and encourage group bookings or class participation.
- Proactively follow up with educators and schools to confirm attendance, provide logistical support, and gather feedback to improve future engagement.
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and deliver targeted communications that clearly articulate the value and relevance of programmes and festivals, with a call to action for attendance and involvement.
- Support the creation of marketing materials and digital content specifically designed to drive educator and school attendance.
- Support the management of engaging web content that aligns with AHG’s brand strategy, addressing the needs and interests of diverse stakeholders.
Event & Production Coordination
- Assist in the management and coordination of high‑volume production requirements, including delivery of artwork, ticketing and programme/festival related collaterals, video production, corporate gifts, creative assets for digital and offline advertising, and event branding for various formats.
- Work closely with in‑house designers and external vendors to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of creative assets and event materials.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain an up‑to‑date database of educator contacts, outreach interactions, and attendance records, ensuring timely follow‑up and relationship management.
- Assist with compilation of reports, presentation slides and tracking of KPIs.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outreach efforts are aligned with organisational objectives and that educator needs are considered in event planning.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by AHG Management to support overall team effectiveness and project outcomes.
Qualifications
Educational qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or any relevant field
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Branding within a fast‑paced environment
- Hands‑on experience in:
- Crafting tailored & compelling marketing messages for different channels/platforms that resonate with distinct audience segments.
- Stakeholder & marketing campaign management.
- Website management & development.
Skills
- Attention to detail, with excellent time management and planning skills, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates a creative eye and strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style and content to suit different contexts; being effectively bilingual is an advantage.
- Good teamwork, communications and stakeholder management skills are essential.

- Basic Photoshop/Illustrator & video editing is an advantage.
