Executive/Senior Executive, Event Management Services

Responsibilities
  • In this role, you will be responsible for the successful, end-to-end delivery of assigned events (i.e., conferences, client dinners and/or corporate events). This role requires a highly detail-oriented, self-driven professional with strong event management and vendor coordination skills to ensure all events are executed on time, and to the highest quality standard.
  • Responsible for the overall execution of events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Ensure that all events meet the client\'s expectations and budget.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and changes in regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Operations and Sales, to ensure coordinated and successful event delivery with the allocated timeline.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely delivery of event services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all event activities and expenses.
  • Provide operational support to ensure positive experiences for clients, guests, and attendees.
  • Act as a first point of contact for queries and issues during events.
  • Manage any issue that may arise during the event, including resolving conflicts amongst individuals and managing crisis situations.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in event management and/or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent team player who can also work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Resourceful self-starter with a keen work attitude, good with time management and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Word and Excel).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event requirements.
