A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Human Resource. This role involves supporting talent attraction, retention, and development initiatives while ensuring the well-being of employees. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have strong communication skills. Experience in HR is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome. The position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on organizational goals.
Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Human Resource (Medical)
Support the Head of Unit in the review, development and implementation of human resource plans and programmes in support of NUH’s goal to be the ‘Employer of Choice’ where talents are attracted to NUH and employees are committed to and proud to belong to the organization. Human Resource plans and initiatives broadly covers 6 thrusts:
a) Attract & Induct Talents
b) Recognise & Reward Employees
c) Train & Develop Employees
d) Engage, Communicate & Involve Employees
e) Care for the Well-Being of Employees
f) Provide Excellent & Pro‑active Service to Departments / Employees
Work in close collaboration and partnership with management, line departments or business units and employees in achieving the short‑term and long‑term goals and objectives of NUH and HR.
Duties include:
Work with clinical departments and employees in providing value‑adding advice, support and service to attract, retain, train, develop, reward, care and engage our talents
Administer and execute HR functions and processes under his / her charge, e.g. recruitment, benefits, compensation, awards, manpower reporting, staff wellness, etc.
Serve as an effective and neutral channel for employee feedback through regular engagement and dialogue sessions with employees to build an open and supportive culture in NUH
Participate and support in NUH projects and events, as and when assigned or appointed
Support, promote and participate in NUH’s innovation initiatives, including staff suggestion and process / work improvement review projects
Undertake any other projects as assigned by the Head of Unit
Bachelor degree from a recognized university, IHRP certification will be an advantage
3 years in Human Resource function is preferred. Open to fresh graduates.
