Job summary

A leading provider in air cargo and catering services in Singapore is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the main client contact. This role involves ensuring smooth service delivery, managing airline inventory, and building strong client relationships. Job description
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Main point of contact for clients assigned
  • Responsible to act on behalf of the client to ensure smooth delivery of services, via audits, random sampling exercises etc.
  • Ensure that the operational departments carry out all new requirements or changes as and when required by the airlines
  • Monitor airline inventory to ensure availability as well as to manage cabin crew voyage reports
  • Coordinate airline scheduled and non-scheduled meal presentations
  • Provide additional checks and balances on behalf of the airline for all products and services provided for the airline out of Singapore
  • Relationship building with airline clients and enhance customer relations both at the local level in Singapore and at the HQ level
  • Anticipate key account changes and improvements and communicating with internal operational teams on foreseeable changes
  • Resolve key client issues and complaints
  • Any other duties as assigned
Key Requirements

You are best equipped for this role if you are:

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of account management or operational experience background is preferred
  • Possesses excellent communication abilities and a results-driven mindset to drive success
  • With strong problem-solving skills to effectively manage ground staff
  • Able to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
