This role offers a salary of $4000 to $5000 monthly.

Job description

This position will start off as about 11 months contract.

Location

Nanyang Polytechnic (At Yio Chu Kang)

Duties
  • Oversee that current maintenance contracts are managed in compliance with contract terms and records of these contracts are up-to-date.

  • Work with department colleagues on contract drafting, records management, management of contractors and their works.

  • Conduct regular audits with colleagues to ensure inspection checks are conducted accordingly.

  • Review existing systems or implement new systems to streamline, support and enhance existing department operations (E.g.: drawing management, key management, car park management, tenancy management, etc.).

  • Review existing contract for improvements.

  • Review of existing workflows for opportunities of digitalization.

  • Review of existing SOPs and forms for various department situations especially emergency and work with relevant staff to develop new processes for situations with no SOPs. (E.g.: Food poisoning, crowd management, etc.).

  • Any other tasks/projects assigned that will enhance the department effectiveness and compliance.

Working Hour

Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
