The Executive, Sales Administration supports the execution of testing and certification projects for medical devices and any kind of needed support to provide services. The role ensures timely project delivery, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between clients, technical experts, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the coordination of all customer‑related topics and order‑related activities
  • Responsible for customer database, project updates and maximisation of customer relationship
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, confirmation status and expedite qualified opportunities to the sales team
  • Provide customer service by attending to customers' requests for test schedules, samples, and submission.
  • Administrative support such as e‑filing of sales documents to ensure audit compliance.
  • Prepare contract review documents, new customer account creation, credit notes.
  • Monitor and provide regular updates on debtors' listing for effective debt management.
  • Consolidate sales report and prepare minutes of meetings.
  • Assist in creation and preparation of marketing materials such as proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Any other administrative tasks as required
Key Requirements
  • Minimum a Diploma with at least 1 year of sales administrative experience or indoor sales experience
  • Preferably with background in the Medical or Testing industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build good rapport with all levels of staff.
