Roles & Responsibilities

• To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary;

• To prepare documents for tender and contract; &
• To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying,
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
