Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a professional for a critical role in Quality Assurance. The successful candidate will ensure the Quality Management System is effectively implemented and maintained, conduct audits, and manage customer satisfaction programs. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree, over five years of QA experience, and be fluent in English and Chinese. Leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, which targets Singaporean citizens or residents.

Job description
JOB TASKS AND SPECIFICATIONS
  1. Lead & Ensure the Quality Management System is in place in the organization.
  2. Site QA monthly reporting, monitoring and follow up.
  3. Co-ordinate, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of Customer Engagement, Retention & Satisfaction Program.
  4. Co-ordinate with the process owner to establish the root cause and problem-solving action plans with regards to customer complaints, feedback or quality issues.
  5. Co-ordinate company Quality Initiatives, programs and implementation.
  6. Participate in Company Business Continuity Plan, Emergency Preparedness Plan, Crisis Management and Control.
  7. Participate in Selection, Qualification of new suppliers, vendors or subcontractor.
  8. Conduct Quality Awareness & Orientation program
  9. Conduct Internal Quality System and Process audit.
  10. Conduct Quality Auditor training based on the Quality requirement.
  11. Perform other job-related duties as and when requested by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree or Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working or more in the QA profession.
  • Must be proficient in English & Chinese, both in writing and speaking. To ensure able to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Must have experience in implementing ISO 9001:2015 QMS. Other ISO implementation experience in ISO 22000 / 13485 / 22000 and GDP is an advantage.
  • Experience in Regional Exposure is an advantage.
  • Mature and able to work independently.
  • Excellent leader and team player.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge in SPC, QC 7 Tool or other Problem-Solving Techniques
  • Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
