• Responsible for full spectrum of purchasing process (sourcing, quotation enquiry, price negotiation, placement of orders and delivery arrangement)
• Work closely with internal and external stake holders
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for their requests
• Date entry for all procurement-related records, ensure timeline is met and project stays within budget
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Work out cost benefit analysis and be involved in price negotiation with suppliers
• Assist in creating statistical reports for management.
