Job summary

Qualifications

• A polytechnic diploma in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms is essential.
• Prior experience in hospitality, marketing, media relations or events is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pitching story ideas to local and international media to raise NIE’s visibility.
• Support media engagement, respond to queries, issue releases, and coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate official visits, guest experiences, and events at NIE's venues.
• Support branding, marketing needs and the preparation of corporate reports.
• Assist alumni relations with engagement strategies and programmes.
