Overview

As an Executive, you will support the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and delivery of property development projects in Singapore. The role involves close coordination with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Implementation
  • Support the Project Manager in managing development projects from design development through construction to TOP and handover
  • Coordinate with consultants (Architects, C&S, M&E, QS, Landscape, ID, etc.) to ensure timely submissions, responses, and approvals
  • Track project programmes, milestones, and deliverables, highlighting potential delays or risks
  • Assist in monitoring site progress and construction activities
Authority Submissions & Compliance
  • Support coordination for submissions and clearances with authorities such as URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, LTA, NEA and other relevant agencies
  • Assist in tracking statutory approvals, inspections, and compliance requirements leading up to TOP/CSC
  • Ensure project documentation complies with local regulations and approval conditions
Cost, Contract & Documentation Support
  • Assist in cost control by tracking budgets, forecasts, progress claims, and variations
  • Support contract administration matters, including maintaining records of instructions, variations, and consultant/contractor correspondence
  • Prepare and maintain proper project documentation, meeting minutes, and filing systems
Stakeholder & Consultant Management
  • Liaise with internal departments including Design, Finance, Legal, Leasing, Marketing, and Property Management
  • Coordinate project meetings with consultants and contractors, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
  • Support day-to-day communication between the internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
Reporting & Management Support
  • Prepare regular project updates, reports, and presentations for management
  • Assist the Project Manager with analysis, coordination, and ad-hoc project-related tasks
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Building, Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in developer-side project management, or with consultancy/contractor firms handling Singapore projects
  • Familiarity with Singapore construction and development processes is preferred
  • Good understanding of the Singapore development and construction lifecycle
  • Strong coordination, organisational, and follow-up skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage
  • Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Team player with a hands-on and positive attitude
  • Able to work independently while supporting senior management
