Job summary

A consulting company based in Singapore is looking for a candidate to develop and execute engagement strategies for digital platforms. You will coordinate multi-channel communications, support recognition programmes, and promote a culture of excellence and innovation. Ideal candidates should have a diploma and at least one year of experience in administrative or project coordination roles. This position offers a basic salary of up to $2,900 per month plus a completion bonus, with a 1-year contract.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to support change management across digital platforms, including the intranet, EDMs, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Deliver coordinated multi-channel communications that effectively engage staff and promote awareness and adoption of transformation initiatives.
  • Build organisational capability and sustain momentum for transformation through clear, consistent, and targeted messaging.
  • Support the planning and implementation of awards and recognition programmes that highlight excellence and innovation in transformation efforts.
  • Establish streamlined and efficient recognition processes to encourage broad participation and ensure timely and quality submissions.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement by celebrating transformation achievements across the organisation.
Requirements
  • Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of experience in administrative, project coordination, or transformation roles.
  • Additional certifications in project management or change management is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
