Qualifications

• Source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors.
• Oversee daily operational purchasing needs and follow up on Purchase Orders.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards and delivery time.
• Implement internal procurement strategies for high delivery and short lead times.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors
• In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery, shipment schedules and custom clearance
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
• Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 1- 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
