Job summary

A leading education provider in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage operations and learning administration. Responsibilities include ensuring timely preparation of classes, coordinating course materials, and maintaining strong customer service relationships. Applicants should have a diploma or equivalent qualifications, with skills in complaint resolution and knowledge of training systems being an advantage. Working location is Jurong East.

Qualifications

  • Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications.
  • Good complaint resolution skills will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of supported courses will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of training administration systems will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely preparation of classes for the Pre-Operations Team.
  • Coordinate preparation of course materials and attendance lists.
  • Liaise with the on-site Operations team to ensure classes are ready.
  • Send confirmation/cancellation letters to trainees before classes.
  • Coordinate learner registration for corporate clients.
  • Support coordination of trainee class transfers.
  • Liaise with external assessment centres for bookings.
  • Record daily tasks completed for reporting.

Job description
Manage operations and learning administration
  • Ensure timely preparation of classes (for Pre-Operations Team).

  • Coordinate preparation of course materials (including ordering of e-courseware, licenses, digital labs), refreshments ordering and attendance lists.

  • Coordinate with on-site Operations team to ensure classes are ready to start.

  • Send confirmation/cancellation letters to trainees before commencement of classes.

  • Coordinate learner registration for corporate clients.

  • Support coordination of trainee transfer of classes.

  • Liaise with external assessment centres for booking of assessments.

  • Record daily tasks completed for reporting.

Manage stakeholders
  • Handle enquiries from public, corporate clients, trainers and trainees on logistics and administrative related matters.

  • Maintain good customer service relationships at all times.

  • Liaise with Corporate Sales Team on dates and attendance updates.

Requirements
