Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to manage the Management Team’s calendar and handle business documents. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in a similar role and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Management Team’s calendar.
  • Organise, maintain, and manage company registry.
  • Manage SAP Purchase Requisition planning and processing.

  • Manage and maintain the Management Team’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
  • Organise, maintain and manage company registry to handle business information and documents.
  • Manage SAP Purchase Requisition planning and processing roles relating to the general office.
  • Assist in support tasks relating to the organizing of company events and meetings.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar high-level administrative role, in support of a Division Manager or above.
  • Diploma or above
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or relevant equivalent software.
  • Proficiency in SAP is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
