About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive, Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager. This role requires strong organisational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Management Team’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
  • Organise, maintain, and manage the company registry to handle business information and documentation.
  • Oversee SAP Purchase Requisition planning and processing tasks related to general office matters.
  • Coordinate and assist with company events, meetings, and administrative support activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all communications and documentation.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role supporting senior management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage but not mandatory.
